(1) The authority will have the required number of employees to operate the authority.
(2) The appointment, remuneration, facilities and service conditions of the employees as per sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (2), until the appointment of the employees of the Authority, the Government of Nepal may, at the request of the Authority, employ the employees of the Government of Nepal or any organized organization to work in the Authority by receiving salary and allowances from the Authority.
